سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يرجى قراءة سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب.

1. لا يوجد استرجاع أو استبدال
جميع الطلبات المباعة عبر متجرنا تعتبر نهائية، ولا نوفر خدمة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

2. المنتجات المفصلة أو المصممة حسب الطلب
العبايات أو القطع التي يتم تفصيلها أو تجهيزها حسب الطلب لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها تحت أي ظرف، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي واضح.

3. المنتجات التالفة أو الطلبات الخاطئة
إذا استلم العميل منتجًا تالفًا أو مختلفًا عن الطلب، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من وقت الاستلام مع إرسال:

• رقم الطلب
• صور واضحة للمنتج
• وصف للمشكلة

وفي حال التأكد من وجود خطأ من طرفنا، سنقوم بمراجعة الحالة واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.

4. عدم قبول الطلبات بعد الشحن
لا يمكن إلغاء أو تعديل الطلب بعد بدء التفصيل أو بعد شحن الطلب.

5. ملاحظات مهمة
بمجرد إتمام عملية الشراء، فإن العميل يقر بموافقته الكاملة على هذه السياسة.

Return & Refund Policy

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales made through our store are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

2. Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces
Abayas and other items that are tailored, made-to-order, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, we will review the case and take the appropriate action.

4. No Cancellation After Production or Shipping
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once tailoring has started or once the order has been shipped.

5. Important Note
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
